Before you subscribe
Do you need my Google password?
No. You remain the owner of your profile. During onboarding, you add Landscape Reputation Desk as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You should never send us your Google password.
What happens with negative or sensitive reviews?
We prepare an appropriate response and ask for your context or approval before it is published. We do not guess facts about a dispute or customer situation.
What if I receive more than 20 reviews in a month?
The base subscription includes responses to up to 20 new Google reviews in a monthly billing period. If your volume goes beyond the included allowance, we will contact you before taking on work outside the base scope.
Can you guarantee better Google rankings or more enquiries?
No. We manage the parts of your Google reputation and profile presentation we can genuinely control. We do not guarantee rankings, enquiries, leads or sales.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Service already started for a paid billing period is normally non-refundable, except where required by law or for duplicate or erroneous charges.
Is this only for landscapers?
The current service is designed specifically for UK landscaping companies and closely related landscaping services. Keeping the niche narrow helps us standardise the work and understand the type of customer proof that matters in this market.
